Being a leader is a great responsibility. Choices, ambiguities and dilemmas can be sources of stress. It is therefore helpful to have the opportunity to reflect in a concrete yet values-driven way in order to discover how to face these challenges.

The group offers participants such a safe space for reflection and contemplation, helping them to align their professional practice with their Christian values. Each session will draw inspiration from biblical and other Christian texts such as the Rule of St Benedict. The goal of this peer discussion is to learn and receive advice from one another.
