Emmanuel Episcopal Church in Geneva, Switzerland, is committed to maintaining the privacy and security of personal information provided by its parishioners. The Breeze Church Management System has been adopted by the Church for the internal use of our church community, to foster connection and communication among parishioners. Information that has been previously collected by the Church and the Wix website and communications portal has been transferred to the database of the Breeze system. This information will not be used for any commercial purposes or shared outside the Church without explicit consent.
What Information We Collect
The following personal information may be included in the database section of Breeze. By providing this information, you consent to having it included in the database.

How We Protect Your Information
The database will be securely stored and accessible only to authorized church members. We use appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse of your personal information.

• Access your personal data included in Breeze.
• Request corrections or updates to your information.
• Withdraw your consent and request that your information be removed from Breeze at any time.
If you would like to exercise any of these rights, please contact the Rector.
Duration of Storage
Your personal information will be kept in the directory for as long as you remain a parishioner of Emmanuel and for a reasonable period thereafter. Should you leave the church or request removal, your information will be promptly deleted from the database.
How We Use Your Information

The Breeze Database
The database will be used solely for enabling church leadership to contact parishioners regarding church matters or events.

The Parish Directory
Select information in the database (name, photo, email address, phone number) may be used to create an online parish directory. The directory is only accessible to parishioners who have been invited to create an account in Breeze. The directory is for the sole purpose of facilitating communication between parishioners.
Consent
No person will be included in the Directory without express consent.
You may choose to:
• Exclude all or some of your personal information.
• Decline inclusion in the directory entirely.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this privacy policy as necessary to comply with legal requirements or changes in church policy. Any changes will be communicated to members in advance.
